A range of standardized substrate samples for use on the ABES platform may prepared on the pneumatically driven precision sample cutting accessories. These run on the same 0.7MPa (95psi) air supply as that for ABES instrument. Replacement blades and polymer strike pads are included. Standard samples measure 117- x 20 mm. Precision is necessary to ensure accuracy in bond overlap area when sample are loaded into the ABES instrument. Heads to cut diverse non-standard sizes and shapes are available.
